Last Saturday night after their 1st one last December 2012, we were there at The Fields in Nuvali - Sta. Rosa, Laguna to witness NuCinema

This time, it featured 14 short films (all of them shot in various places in Nuvali, you can check the entries here) and two recent entries by Cinemalaya 2013, Transit and Ekstra

Gig coverage of Bikes, Boards and Bands at Republic Wake Park, Nuvali

It's our first time to drop by at this new wakeboarding site at Republic to catch the Bikes, Boards and Bands event at Nuvali.

At first (and even weeks before the event), we had some trouble on the incomplete info on the shuttle service. Good thing that Nuvali had a free shuttle at that day.

Our main goal: to rock it out with Save Me Hollywood, Sandwich and Wolfgang. The gig already started at 8pm and finished at around 11pm.

We were satisfied at the gig as well as the place.

Curfew in Nuvali just really saddened me

Last Good Friday of 2013 after I already had my dose of Siete Palabras, I went to Nuvali to freshen up my senses. As expected, I saw a lot of families there to savor the long weekend.

One of my fave spots there is the man made lake. It is even sweeter at night coz of the colder weather as well as the scenery. Around 7pm and up, I seated at a place near both the Evoliving Center and the lake when a security guard approached me and advised to leave the area coz they're implementing the curfew.I checked the time on the phone and it was 730pm. I thought it was only at the said area so I decided to sat at a place near the lake and the main road where also a lot of families were there in picnic. Again, the same security person approached me as the families there coz of the same reason.I really felt sad after that coz how I can appreciate the beauty of the area during that time with those measures.

How To Go To Nuvali thru commuting (update as of Nov. 13 2017)

Nuvali was one of the nicest places in the South Metro. It is located somewhere in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. As I used to drop by at their Facebook page, a lot of people are asking on how to be there or sometimes complaining of less bus schedules direct to the said place.
