Nokia X hits Manila this Tuesday

Over 2 weeks after the recent Mobile World Congress 2014, Nokia X will be here in the Philippines starting March 11




This is good news for Pinoy Nokia fans who are thinking to buy this Android based device. Invites were sent to media and bloggers in the past few days. We hope that the Nokia X+ and Nokia XL will also be present at the launch. We are also crossing our fingers that it will be available at stores at competitive prices.

The Nokia XL price revealed at 109 euros. We hope that this will only be the start for Nokia Android powered phones. We hope that it will hit the local shores at less than 10k and for dual sim models.

As it was already leaked for months, the Samsung Galaxy S5 official announced at the Mobile World Congress 2014 happened in Spain a week ago

The main added features that we saw are the fingerprint sensor (which you have to swipe your finger down to the home button direction), the heart rate sensor which is under the rear camera and the download booster which you can combine your WiFi and 4G LTE connectivity so that you can download faster. They also introduced a new WiFi band called the ac into the smartphone.

The device comes in charcoal black, shimmery white, electric blue & copper gold. As we saw in a local online shop here, the pre-order is now open for more than P30,000.
