Last March 8, we took a chance at the
said mall with the help of Astronomical League of the Philippines for a Moon
and Jupiter telescope viewing for free
Honestly, it was our first time that we
did it as we love astronomy way back in our school days. No need for us to go
to UP Observatory. Mostly, families were there at the line. On the pics, we saw
moon in the white telescope and Jupiter on the gray one.
It was a wonderful experience after we
saw Moon and Jupiter from our naked eye. The moon is like a cement-like round
piece. For Jupiter, it is really a big, beautiful planet as also those 2 moons
surrounding on it.
You can still check this on all
Saturdays of March 2014 at the Food Street Parking Lot from 7:30 pm onwards.
