We already arrived at around 4pm
but we were not left behind in terms of fun factor. There were a lot of
business partners who came in to showcase their products and services to us bloggers. In return, we will gonna do a
blog post for them either it will be a good or not so good in judgment in their
goods or services. Good thing, that most of the booths that we tried are a-ok.
In fact, we got 2 episodes and over 3 hours of sub-marathon podcast about this event soon for download on
this website.
In the main stage, Vince Golangco
of wheninmanila.com (one of the 2 people behind this thing together with Anton
Diaz of ourawesomeplanet.com) introduced the guest businesses to showcase more
off from their products and services. We got our attention to Wheatgrass C.A.N.,
gurrka.com, World Vision, Chooks to Go and Chef’s Noodle.
We got a lot of freebies inside
as well as a take home goods. At the venue, we got free coffee from Nice Day
Coffee (partnered with Ysa) and Figaro Coffee. We also ate free samples of
chicken inasal from Hungry Juan, donut samples from Gavino’s Japanese Donuts, a
wheatgrass honey shot from Wheatgrass C.A.N. and a free dinner courtesy of
Tempura and Flavors of China plus free wifi access all day long inside the
venue from PLDT Home. For the take home goodies, we got 8 sachets of Nice Day
Coffee, GCs from Lazer Xtreme and Ysa, a special price GC and shirt from View
Park Hotel Tagaytay, tumbler from Ambient Digital and 1 whole roasted Chicken
Inasal from Hungry Juan which made us already happy even though we expected
that we will not gonna take home a major prize. We also saw Karen Bordador, The
Boys Night Out crew and a flash mob
The event and bloggers also had a
charity drive for Yolanda victims as the event collected P82,000 which was
already donated to World Vision
In our exclusive interview with
Mr. Vince Golangco (which will be up soon in our podcast in this site for
download), he said that it only took 2 months for the organizing team to
prepare for this event. From what we experienced, it was a well-organized event
and the time management was a-ok. We commended him for a ton of sponsors who
came in to this event as he also returned with a good answer and a smile to us.
Full interview will be up soon.
Well even though for this day, we
are already looking forward for the 3rd Blogapalooza event and
hopefully, it will be for next year. Thank you and congratulations to all of
the sponsors, the organizers behind Blogapalooza 2013and our fellow bloggers
who took their time for this event.
