At first, the Chinese-based squad got Game 1 but the EECA-based team steamrolled in their next 3 three games. Game 4 though was not an easy feat though as it went down as long as over 20 minutes. Virtus Pro got the last key of MSC 2025 Group Stage to complete the 16 teams.
After that, MSC 2025 had to raffle off the 16 teams that will be facing in Day 1 of the said stage starting July 23 and the results are at the pictures below. Group stage will be in double elimination format as teams that will lose twice will be out of the group stage. The four remaining teams in each in Groups A and B will proceed in knockout stages this July 30
For those who are only into PH teams, Team Liquid PH will face the MPL MENA S7 champs Ultra Legends while Onic PH will clash first with that familiar franchise in Aurora Gaming but it's Turkiye based team yet coached by Coach Master The Basics.
In the post match interview when VP and PH import jungler Andoryuuu asked on this, he doesn't care in the possibility of facing either of the 2 MPL PH squad representatives.
MSC 2025 will be on a break as MWI 2025 will start tomorrow July 15 until the 19th. PH reps. are Navi PH and Team Liquid PH.
