In the first match, Smart Omega finally scored their first series win over Twisted Minds. Game 1 was an easy a few over 10 minutes but Game 2 was almost scored a win on TWIS side on a kill fest but the barangay got to flip the favor on their side as they took advantage of a mistake
Super Yoshi got his first MVP honors in Game 2 with 0/6/18 with his Badang
In the post match media interview, I grabbed the chance to ask Coach Sn4p on Ryota's transfer to Onic Esports and he said that it was a long time plan since December for the buy out and they accepted it as they do not want to waste Ryota's talent. In the second match, TNC faced a tough defeat against Team Falcons who is currently in 4 match winning streak. Pheww showcased his prowess once again on Selena. Game 2 was more of a close match but a key wipeout suffered by the Phoenix Army in the late game gave an opportunity for the Green Falcons to close out Week 3 Day 1 matches early also win also at 2-0
Kyletzy was the Game 2 MVP with 8/0/4 as he used Ling
In explaining the team's win in the post match media interview, Pheww said that it was both their draft and execution that gave them a quick series win.
Three matches are set tomorrow for MPL PH S15 W3 D2 starting at 2:30 pm Manila time
