The phone has Magic OS 8 based on Android 14 so expect the same UI that you will see in X9c. What made us interesting is how this new Dimensity 7025 Ultra will fly from over a week of usage from us.
Luckilly, the basics of a smartphone for it's asking price is quite good from 5G connectivity, multiasking, calls, texts, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS were good. The sounds off from Bluetooth connection was very good.
With the same charging capacity, we were able to put this phone from zero to 100% percent in around 90 minutes. Used it as a main driver, the phone give us an average of 1.5 to 1.75 days in heavy usage.
On games, it can hold even on the highest settings possible on Mobile Legends Bang Bang
On the bugs, one thing that we noticed - we had some problems when we switched from portrait to landscape view on Facebook live video even with a single OTA and a number of app updates.
On camera, good to know that those auto shots were on cue and has the right color production as well as the hi res photos. Night shots were acceptable. Photos will blow out once you go beyond 3x zoom.. On video, something that you will gonna miss - it can only shoot until Full HD video
