Located in Ayala Alabang area, the resto was conceptualized by ARC Bistro and Marketing which has a 30+ years of experience in resto and hotel management.

We checked some of the food choices from their baby back ribs, fried chicken and onion rings. It was a perfect preview that they are saying - American size. Bigger chicken pieces with the right juicyness of it with some dips to explore including that peanut-based dip. The baby back ribs was pretty good and for it's price, it is bigger and yet more affordable than from it's American resto compettior. Of course, we got the onion rings which is a great munch to side with those two tummy-filling dishes.
Of course, as an American resto that you will also see a vast line-up of alcoholic drinks and spirits like this one- Tequila Sunrise.
We love the location at Molito Alabang (in Buliding 3 Unit 1 to be exact) which is near the carpark entrance that is facing ATC and in front of a drop-off by area, perfect for those who will be coming from an TNVS ride. It is also the only American bistro in the said area.
