After six days in the group stage, we finally knew the eight teams that will be going in the knockout stages of M5 World Championship here in the Philippines.
From December 9 to 12, there will be two games per game day in a BO5 affair from 2 pm and 6 pm (Manila time) in a crossover fashion. The first games on December 9 2 pm will be Fire Flux vs Deus Vult followed by Onic vs Blacklist at 6 pm. The following day, it will be AP Bren vs See You Soon at 2 pm and then Geek Fam vs Burmese Ghouls at 6 pm. The winners of each of the series for those two days will have their own matches on December 12 while the losers will meet on December 11. The games will still be in EVM Convention Center in Quezon City
After the first knockout stages, there will be a two day break which will transfer to another venue in Rizal Memorial Coliseum in Manila City for the second phase of knockout stages from December 15 to 17 including the grand finals.
