Huawei PH Extends Warranty On Phones For The Next 70+ Days

We have seen some extensions on our upcoming utility and credit card bills for a month due to the ongoing enhanced community quarantine and so Huawei Philippines saifd, why not on warrranty.


Posted recently in their social media channel, they are extending the warranty of Huawei smartphones which are about to end from March 15 to May 31 2020 to May 31.

Here are the official information that we got:

For customers whose Huawei devices’ warranty expires on the period of March 15, 2020 (inclusive) to May 31, 2020 (inclusive), we will be extending the warranty of these devices till May 31, 2020. Such extension will cover HUAWEI Smartphones, PCs, tablets, wearables, smart home devices, and some other HUAWEI devices sold in the Philippines.

We will upgrade our system on March 2020. If your device meets the above conditions, the warranty period will be automatically extended to May 31, 2020.

How to check your HUAWEI device’s warranty period


· Self Service

Upon encountering an issue with your phone or tablet, we recommend that you first troubleshoot using the built-in service application (Support App) to resolve the issue. It features a variety of quick and practical functions such as smart diagnosis, live chat and benefit query, providing a scenario-based solution and one-stop troubleshooting of common issues, as well as keeping you in-check of the condition of your device(s).
