NIA X3 4-In-1 Headphones Unboxing And Review

I am aiming to this one of a kind headphones that I saw first thru a Facebook-based online store and now the same dealer is now thru a online shopping site and app that I met recently.

Here is the NIA X3 4-in-1 Headphones. It has four functions, your normal Bluetooth earphones, your wired earphones, an audio player with the use of a micro SD and wireless FM radio which I think is the only one that is available right now in the country aside from their other one NIA Q1 which looks like the Euroo Soundalley Headphones that previously reviewed

I chose the NIA X3 coz I like more of it's form factor which looks like Urbeanears Plattan . By the way, I bought this one thru the Shopee app and look for the reseller Maricel Gallos which is connected to Maricel Online Store Facebook page. Here are the front and back portions of the box which you can also see the specs

Probably to cut costs, they only included a micro USB to USB cable. You need to buy a 3.5 to 3.5 mm. male to male audio jack cable if you want some wired listening like the one that I bought and used on this review for only 50 pesos

The right portion was the jampacked part as you can see the dial which has 6 functions: tap and hold to the left or right to increase or decrease volume, tap left or right to change audio track or FM stations, press play or pause part for it's function and press and hold the play/pause part to activate FM radio function (as long as there is no micro SD inside). The other is the micro USB port for charging which can be fully charged for 2 hours.

Here, you can see the 3.5 mm. audio jack and off and on switch and probably a noise cancelling mic.

The NIA branding and the call function to answer calls and also works as the scan button (by press and hold action) if you need to refresh the list of available FM radio signals in your area.

The headphone is collapsible and you can also use the 3.5 to 3.5 mm. male to male audio jack cable so that the other person can also hear what you are listening. The cup foaming as well as the bended part are wrapped by a good quality kind of faux leather with some stitch design which really gives comform in everyday usage

Pairing is easy when I tried it on three different Android phones by looking the X3 on Bluetooth signal. On audio, I can say the audio quality is good for it's price on the balance. Yep, it lacks a little bit of depth. Of course, you will hear a bit better by going on wired headphones mode

Thru the micro SD, it can play mp3 and .flac files up to 320 kbps (I only tried the mp3 audio so far and will have an update soon on the .flac music) and it is also good. The wireless FM radio worked really fine as it scanned 20 out of 24 available FM radio stations in Metro Manila. Both on Bluetooth audio or FM radio usage, I got around over 4 hours of playtime which is not bad for the SRP given that most of other higher available options are at around 10 hours of battery life but it does not have FM radio. I bought this mainly as a solution to possible daily driver smartphones without FM radio (I usually catch PBA games lately thru radio as well some of my fave FM radio programs) and since it's update months ago, you cannot have the FM Radio on Android while playing some Pokemon Go. Unfortunately, there is no info yet on it's exact battery capacity. The previous and next track functions worked fine even on Spotify

The only bad thing that I noticed that in a very little times that the Bluetooth signal will interrupt in some specific moves like if you are walking briskly and the paired phone is in your pocket or for example, you are sitting almost in a indian sit mode to look in your fave grocery item in the lowest shelf. For the given price of Php 580 thru Shopee app (you can pay it via COD and free delivery too) and can choose from four other colors, the NIA X3 4-in-1 is not a bad deal at all. Another thing, if you are from NCR, you need to wait around 5-7 days for the delivery of this item. I will gonna give it 4 out of 5 for the NIA X3 4-in-1 Headphones
