Infinix Note 3 Pro First Look, Benchmarks, Camera Samples

They had a successful opening weekend based on their sales together with the recent Lazada PH Online Revolution Sale. Now, it was time for me and the rest of PH tech media to check the three new offering from Infinix. First off, their most power packed in their batch, the Infinix Note 3 Pro.

Front: 6 inch IPS Full HD display, 5 MP front camera
Back: 13 MP rear camera with flash, fingerprint reader, non removable back cover
Internals: XOS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, dual SIM, micro SD slot, LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, 4,500 mAh built-in battery

Compared to Infinix Note 2 (IN2), no more back cover to remover to put in the SIM cards and micro SD as they are on SIM trays at the left and micro SD slot at the right which you can see the volume rocker and power/unlock button.

3.5 audio jack at the top, speaker grill (I will have to confirm if both of them are working) but the pin hole microphone is hiding and OTG capable micro USB port at the bottom.

The same XOS that I saw on the updated IN2 was visible there on the Note 3 Pro. On Antutu, it scored easily at over 39,000 which is a bit faster than IN2. Looks like the Note 3 Pro has a a bit faster internal memory plus the extra gig of RAM helped this phablet to have that score. Good news that it has 7 out of 9 sensors available to use including the gyro sensor when I checked it out even on Google Cardboard. The phablet has 5 point multi touch.

On my camera samples, I got more juicy details. The main shooter has f/2.2 aperture while the selfie camera has f/2.4 aperture. For me, the front camera has a bit better output compared to Infinix Note 2. The fast image processing speed continues on this phablet and has better autofocus.

Infinix Note 3 Pro comes at Php 8,490. The P 2,500 can be a good additional cost compared to IN2 for the extra gig of RAM, better Full HD display and plus 12.5% on battery capacity plus that metal-like build. The things that I love on XOS continue on the Note 3 Pro and has better camera output. In additional, this is only phone in their latest batch of releases which has quick charging. If you are interested to buy the Infinix Note 3 Pro exclusive on Lazada Philippines, it is better to go thru this link
