Lamudi and MyProperty.ph ready to prove that VR is pretty suitable for real state as they are now having their Lamudi VR Expo at Bonifacio High Street inside Bonifacio Global City
Inside the venue, those who will visit and register will get a Lazada PH discount voucher code.
Lamudi has a pretty good idea on putting VR in helping you find your next dream property. In the technical side of things, I had a conversation with their VR specialist Carldo Salgado as this feature will be up soon thru a major update (if you allready have the Lamudi app on iOS or Android). Imagine this, you are in a living room of a house and the doors will have a pointer which you have to aim from your VR headset which you can see the other parts of the house from bathroom, kitchen and others but there might be some other developers will only show the integral part of the property. In the demo below, it consumes around 66 MB which is possibly will translate soon at the app. I really want to see it soon at the app as I want to compare it versus Google Maps 360 view in a LTE connection loading test.
Demo of a property in VR mode thru Carlo's MacBook. The pointers in white background are important in the demo.
In the demo area which you will gonna see a number of VR headsets mostly from Samsung Gear VR, I am impressed on the VR demo off Sta. Lucia Realty's newest development in Tagaytay and one from Robinsons Residences which are the explanation that I told you earlier. It eliminates the hassle of going straight to the area especially if your prospect is kilometers away.
For added enjoyment, they also have a Pokemon Lure Party inside the venue .
Lamudi VR Expo is still open today and tomorrow (September 4 2016) from 11 am to 10pm. You can access via computer at lamudi.com.ph or download the Lamudi app on iOS and Android
