First Vivo PH Branch and Service Center in Light Mall Visit

Last month, Vivo Philippines unleashed their first ever branch with service center inside the SM Light Mall, Mandaluyong via a media launch but this blog did not have an invite. My readers deserve more so good thing with the guys of the international smartphone brand, they gave this blog a chance for our own first look earlier.

I scheduled the visit at 10 am, their opening hour which is kinda impressive that they are closing everyday at 10 pm (a typical competitior will close in an hour earlier) so I had a very clean look at the entrance. The place is located at the first floor which you can see a lot of competing smartphone brands and dealers.

Expected that the store proper will be near at the entrance door and the spacious service center at the back. Upon the store, you can check out the demo units of Vivo Y51, Vivo V3 and Vivo V3 Max. Of course, big Vivo materials are on the wall.

During that time, I was entertained by their service center manager. They chose this place as one the reasons which is quite accessible via the MRT. They are proud that since last month, their seats were not as jampacked as you will see (just imagine) in one of the photos) A sign that there is almost no problem in their three current releases in the PH market. Compared to others, they also have a longer service center hours everyday from 10 am to 8:45pm.

I am happy that the essentials are widely available for their 3 current handsets like the USB cable and charger. I just found out that the charger of V3 and Y51 are the same. On the V3 Max chrager, I saw it at Php 572 with the details that it has 9V 1.8 A output which helps to charge the phone a bit faster.

In terms of aftersales, all Vivo handsets come with a 15 day replacement and 1 year warranty. Even that you bought it from a dealer, it is best for you to bring it to the said branch/service center for better evaluation.

Overall, I had a pretty good experience after the visit (aside that it was a solo affair for this blog). This blog will gonna aim for the first Vivo smartphone review soon.
