My guess was right when I had a conversation with some Cloudfone officials a few months ago as this will have the 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor and Adreno 505 GPU plus Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 5.2 inch IPS OGS FHD display with Gorilla Glass 4 and 2.5D Glass, 16 MP PDAF main cam with Samsung S5K3P3 ISOCELL sensor, f/2.0 and LED flash, 8 MP wide angle front cam with Samsung S5K4H8 sensor and f/2.4 aperture, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, dual micro SIM. LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, OTG capable, fingerprint reader at the front, has accelerometer, gyro, light, proximity, orientation, sound and magnetic sensors, Quick Charge 3.0 and 3,000 mAh battery.
As you can see at the back when you remove the back cover, the dual micro SIM slots are favorable to me as I am a fan of SIM swapping on the fly. It will be available soon for Php 9,999
