As more 700 MHz LTE cellsites are coming from both telcos in the country so as the much needed step up to our smartphone brands as Cherry Mobile went to that initiative in the entry level segment.
Spotted thru a Cherry Mobile retailer JP Tomarong, he showed thru the net on the new Cherry Mobile Flare A3.
As printed in their box, they are claiming that this phone is 700 MHz LTE ready as it has Band 28 plus the bands 1 and 3 which are present in the country. I am curious if this will be the start of a possible Cherry Mobile Flare A Series (as we are already seeing a number of models from the Cherry Mobile Flare J Series)
Cherry Mobile Flare A3 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 1.0 GHz quad-core processor, 5 inch HD display, 8 MP rear cam with flash, 2 MP front cam, dual SIM (1 micro, 1 regular based on graphics), Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM and 2,300 mAh battery.
The said dealer is now selling it for Php 2,999
