Oppo Philippines unleashed Joy Plus, Neo 5 and R1x smartphones

After over a year since their first launch here in the country, Oppo Philippines presented 3 interesting smartphones that can cater different target markets at their event last night at Valkyrie, BGC

Second is a midrange phone which is Oppo Neo 5. The handset has 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6582 quad-core processor, 4.5 inch FWVGA display, 8 MP AF rear camera with flash, 2 MP front camera, dual sim (1 micro, 1 nano) 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, micro SD up to 32 GB,  Color OS 2.0 based on Android 4.4 Kitkat , Bluetooth, WiFi, USB OTG and has 2,000 mAh built-in battery. It has an SRP of Php 7,990

And the most powerful smartphone in their event, the Oppo R1x which is powered by 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 5 inch HD display with Gorilla Glass 3, 13 MP AF rear camera with flash, 5 MP front camera, Color OS 2.0 based on Android 4.4 Kitkat, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, optional dual sim (sim 1 as micro sim, sim 2 acts either a nano sim or for micro SD), dual LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, OTG  and 2,420 mAh battery. One Oppo PH said to me that this device can work on both Globe and Smart LTE. This retails at Php 15,990

One feature that is common to the 3 devices is the Color OS super power saving mode which can really help to extend the battery life of the device.
