In the recent Hong Kong Electronics Fair, Mediatek unveiled two new 64-bit quad-core processor which can work for tablets.
First was the MT8163 quad-core processor which can reach around 30,000 in Antutu, supports Full HD videos at 60 Hz, HD videos on 120 Hz display, Android 5.1 Lollipop, H.265 hardware decoding, supports Wi-Fi 5 GHz dual band, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio and GPS
Next is the MT8735 quad-core processor which can support FDD LTE, HSPA+, TDD LTE, TD-SCDMA, CDMA 2000 and EDGE connectivity, upports Wi-Fi 5 GHz dual band, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio and GPS, promised to provide 20% faster and using 10% less power versus competitiors, Mediatek MiraVision and high end camera functions.
Both processors will have their consumer launch this month
