I already told you the news on the recent launch of Lenovo Yoga 2 tablets and the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro. It’s the time to share my hands-on on those 3 devices so let’s start with the Yoga 2 Tablet 8 inch with LTE.
At the front you can see the 1.6 MP front camera and it’s 8 inch 1920 x 1200 IPS LCD display. The device has Android 4.4 Kitkat with Intel Atom Z3745 quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. The device has micro SD slot expandable up to 64 GB The back has the 8 MP AF camera. The device has the 6,400 maH battery
The left hand side has the volume rocker, micro USB slot and the big power/unlock button. At right hand side is where the 3.5 mm audio jack is located.
There are no ports or buttons located for the top except for the kickstand which is placed at the bottom which gives this device 4 modes to use it: stand, tift, the normal tablet mode and hang.
Good thing that out of Lenovo Yoga 2 8 inch’s 16 GB ROM, this device has 13 GB of app storage which also has the same iteration for the Lenovo Vibe X2: almost maxed out app storage to ROM ratio which is great for storing a lot of apps or heavy games.
Here is my Antutu test of the device at 33,282 which is nice.
