Samsung Galaxy Note 4’s gapgate confirmed by a local tech journalist

We already saw a few number of gapgate discoveries of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from various and known global tech sites.
I checked on Manila Bulletin’s Art Samaniego on Instagram as he had to fly to Singapore for the GN4 launch at the said country



As clear in our screenshot thru his IG account, it is very clear about this important thing to check on Samsung newest “Note”

My 2 year old Note 2 have this gap. Even the Note 1 and Note 3 have it, the gap is actually very tight. I don't understand why this is an issue now in Note 4? However previous iPhones don't have this bending "ability", so it must really be a design flaw.
