Torque Droidz Easy unboxing, first impressions, specs, price

Another entry-level smartphone arrived recently at my hub with the help of friendly people from Torque. As of this moment, they are really pushing their entry-level and mid range Android phones with nice specs to price ratio. This is one of them, the Droidz Easy.

The box for me is quite big for it’s 4 inch smartphone as to compare to the box of the 4.7 inch smartphone that I reviewed recently but this is not a big issue. There are no key specs that were printed on the box.

The front portion reminds me a bit of a Lumia device. The side bezels are a-ok except for the bottom portion. The back part has only a Torque logo and it’s minimalist look unlike in their past Android phone offerings which even the model name is printed. Even though it’s glossy, it is not much of a problem for finger prints.

The set-up here reminds me of a feature phone where the 3.5 mm. audio jack is at the bottom part together with the micro USB port and the pin hole mic. The top portion has the power/unlock button.

There’s no physical buttons on the left part while the volume rocker is located at the right part
.
Including inside the box: screen protector (which I already attached to the device), user manual, warranty certificate, earphones, a 500 mA travel charger and micro USB to USB cord.

Here’s the sneak peek of the Droidz Easy’s body which reveals the 1,250 mah battery and more on the travel charger.

It’s my first time to review for a 3.5 inch Android phone. I am hoping for a good experience to this device as expect my review of the Torque Droidz Easy in a number of days. It is already available in your nearest Torque branch or kiosk
