Back
in either 2011 or 2012, Magnolia introduced their Best of the Philippines ice
cream line as they created new flavours based on the few places in the
Philippines like in Baguio, Benguet, Nueva Ecija, Davao, Palawan, Laguna,
Batangas and others. That time, it is only available at 1.5 L size
Since
then, we posted some messages in their Facebook page that to include pint size
soon so that we can able to test all of the flavours. Luckily, the brand gave
us more as we saw their ice cream on stick and pint sizes in a Mini Stop branch
a few weeks ago.
For
the ice cream on stick, we tried Macapuno Langka, Coffee Crumble and Kesong
Puti. What can we say, all of the flavours are creamy and really have bits of
the ingriedients like the langka (in Macapuno Langka) and the tsokolate tablea (in Coffee Crumble).
Price is at P15 at Mini Stop
Kesong Puti
Macapuno Langka
Coffee Crumble
For
the pint size, we tried the Macapuno Langka. It was in a paper container (which
is not an issue for us) as it delivered the same creaminess but based on what
we bought, we noticed that the ice cream stick counterpart has more langka
compare to the pint size. Overall, it is still good. The pint size costs P100
at Mini Stop and P85 in Shopwise
Good
job to Magnolia Ice Cream coz more people can now experience your Best of the
Philippines ice cream line in your new 2 sizes.
