After the oatmeal, wheat grass was the 2nd detox food that I discovered after I had my attendance at the recent Blogapalooza 2013. Months before the event, I’m really curious on the positive effects that will bring to my body but I don’t know where to start.
In
fact, the Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass CAN booth was the 1st booth that I
conquered and I got a good interview with the people which it brought me some

After
that, the try-out shot of wheatgrass honey, I felt that the random stomach
acidity caused on my love for coffee disappeared. It doesn’t stop there as I
got some tips from one of the main men behind Blogapalooza, Vince Golangco on
what to expect to this great detox drink.
Fast
forward to November 20, 2013. I had a lot of errands to do plus some blogging
and a gig by Franco at night as you’ll see the pic below this paragraph. As a
rakista, I knew that Franco’s music will really bob my head and for sure, I
gotta need a beer for that. I diluted a Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass Honey sachet
that they gave to me as a sampler in 180 ml. of cold water. I’m happy that at
first, the powder is easy to dissolve in cold temperature.
I
drank it straight at around 2pm, an hour after I had my lunch. I almost had a
veggie-less viand but don’t worry coz the nutrients behind a Easy Pha-max
Wheatgrass Honey sachet is already equivalent to 10 kilos of veggies. I didn’t
take my usual multivitamins as another step for this taste, I mean test.
I had
an hour of editing for my blog then I already went to a nearby mall to enjoy.
5pm when I transferred to another nearby mall. Instead of taking a jeep, I just
walked until I reached the 2nd mall in a day for me and back to the
previous mall at night. The distance was over 2 kms and the pathway does have
random mountainous parts but I’m not tired after that. For sure, the effects of
the said drink are coming out to impress me. Another thing that I noticed was
when I had a CR break and looked on the mirror, I saw that my face had a
glowing effect which I remembered as another one of the good effects.
Past
9pm, Franco’s gig started. I still feel at that time that the Wheatgrass Honey
was still in my tummy. As I heard in the Blogapalooza demo, the said drink can
lessen the effects of hangover so why not to try a bottle of an extra strong
beer. After that, looks like I only drank a light beer as I never felt a some
sort of alcohol plus after that rockin’ set by Franco, my body’s still up.
I
arrived at home at past 11pm for my late supper. The fun never stops there as I
continued my usual computer-related errands til I decided to sleep at 3am. 10
hours after my sleep and my lunch, I still have that energy towards to another
blogging event.
