Q1: How can I convert my
GCash to Globe Rewards Points?
A1: All GCash
subscribers can convert their GCash to Globe Rewards Points via *143#.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:
STEP 1: Dial *143#
using your Globe or TM SIM.
STEP 2: Choose GCash
> Buy Stuff > Convert 25 GCash to 20 Globe Rewards Points to self
STEP 3: Enter your
4-digit GCash MPIN (4-digit).
STEP 4: Press 1 OK to
confirm transaction.
STEP 5: Wait for an SMS
confirmation which will be sent to your GCash mobile number.
STEP 6: Receive SMS notification once points are seeded
Q2: Are there any other ways I can convert my GCash to Globe Rewards
Points aside via *143#?
A2: Subscribers can
convert via API collect wherein they will receive SMS and reply “CONVERT 25
4-DIGIT GCASH MPIN” to 2261.
Note: 2261 will be the
sender for SMS.
Q3: What are the benefits
of converting GCash to Globe Rewards Points?
A3: Subscribers can
easily earn more rewards and redeem items that they like most.

Points can I convert?
A4: You can convert 25
GCash to 20 Globe Rewards Points
Q5: Can I convert more than

A5: Yes, you can convert up to 10,000 Globe
Rewards Points daily. However for this service, only 1 number is available = 25
GCash to 20 Globe Rewards Points. You can transact the same SKU 500 times
daily.
Q6: Can I convert my GCash
to Globe Rewards Points to others?
A6: No, you can only convert GCash to Globe
Rewards Points for yourself only. If you want to share your Globe Rewards
Points to others, simply text SHARE 10-digit mobile number of
your friend no. of points to 4438. P1/transaction will be charged to the
sender.
To share points with activated PIN: Text SHARE < space
> 10-digit mobile number < space > no. of points < space > PIN
to 4438. P1/transaction will be charged to the sender.
You can share a minimum of 1 point.
You are allowed 5 transactions per day.
Q7: How will I know that I
have successfully converted my GCash to Globe Rewards Points?
A7: You will receive an
SMS notification if your transaction was successful.

Globe Rewards Points balance?
A8: You can check your
Globe points balance via *143#> My Rewards > Check point balance>
Total Available points or text BAL to 4438. You can also check balance via Globe Rewards Mobile App. P1/transaction
applies to Prepaid and TM subscribers. Transaction fee is free of charge for
postpaid subscribers.
Q9: Will the P25 fee be
deducted from my GCash account?
A9: Yes, every time
you’ll convert your GCash to 20 Globe Rewards Points you will be deducted P25
from your GCash account.
Q10: How can I check my
GCash balance?
A10: You can check your
GCash balance via USSD or GCash Mobile App for FREE.

GCash> Account > Check Balance > Enter 4-digit MPIN (4-digit).

Q11: What is my transaction fee if I convert my GCash to Globe Rewards Point?
A11: Transaction fee is P5. P25 GCash is equivalent
to 20 Globe Rewards Points. Subscribers will be deducted P25 inclusive of
transaction fee of 20 Globe Rewards Points.
Q12: How soon will my
points be updated or seeded?
