Last weekend, we were happy that the guys from Kata Digital invited us for another launch of their new Android device named the Venus with the current promo price of P3,999 until supplies last. Here are the specs:

At our trial test, we went to our first mission – on the cameras. The rear cam is a-ok despite that it was only 5 MP camera. The 1.2 MP front cam is ok to for its capabilities based on our exclusive camera sample:

For playing movies using MX Player, it can run a 1080p video without problems. The rewind-fast forward that we did was no problem for the device.
We love the matte finish of the phone and the color coordination. The form factor reminds us of a Windows-powered phone which is ok too.
