Earlier this week, Asus Philippines introduced the Asus Fonepad. A 7 inch Android tablet powered in Intel Atom Z2420 with phone connectivity. It has a micro sim slot which you can use for calls, texts and for data. Here is the specs for 1.2 ghz variant:
