After my "must-dos" in that particular day last Friday, I chilled out in Alabang Town Center to catch my 2nd overall Nokia IAC gig (my first was wy back late 2008 in Saguijo). It was a gig to watch coz ILL-J (my first spotlight artist for my blog), US-2 Evil-0, Techy Romantics, December Avenue, The Ambassadors, Salamin and Kjwan we're there to perform. It was quite a special gig coz it was the first time in their barrage of gigs to have a full band set-up. Russ Davis opened the pre-gig show and Francis Reyes of NU did the hosting jobs for the main event. I really like the ambience of the mall (even though I'm already in this place for a lot of times) as I saw some "south-based" celebs. I even saw Lalay of Urbandub and Francis Reyes spotted DJ Patti of Shakedown on U92 fm in a coffee shop near the stage. Overall, that really jumpstarted my weekend.
