After 6 months, I finally had a chance to blog and share my experience on the 3rd Anniversary Party of The Brewrats which happened last August 28, 2010 at Headstock Bar in Quezon Ave. in QC
A month before this, I'm really excited for this one because of so many factors. One is that I will not gonna be an OP brewster (coz a lot a brewsters already recognized me esp. in the birth of Facebook and Twitter as well as the regular brewsters that I met since RT days). Second is a possibility that this might be the last anniversary party of the show (from what reliable infos that I saw online, because of their station closed last Sept. 30). Third was because they had a theme which was to wear an 80s attire
7pm was the time that I really had a chance to go out of our house for some reasons. I was in a hurry mode coz I want to watch the anticipated showing of some Strangebrew episodes (even though I already had the DVD, I don't know at that time if they gonna show some episodes which are not included in the said DVD). I already had an 80s outfit which was inspired from a famous local movie.

I already arrived at 9pm as I had to refresh myself before I went to the venue. It was brewster Bolpen of Makati who took care of collecting of entrance (FYI, if you're not in 80s attire, you need to pay 100 pesos and you'll be also included in a raffle). To my surprise, those combined in 80s attire and cosplayers are not that significant compared to all the persons "in civilian clothing" . That means, the 80s night was not that relevant but Angel, Tado and Ramon did their job in their clothing
Unlike the 1st ever Brewrats-related party that I attended way back 2008 in Xaymaca Bar, the brewsters that already knew my face gave me some high-fives and greetings. The atmosphere was so hot that time but I got to managed to do some tweeting. I just saw the brewsters just partying to the tune of Pedicab songs
The bands Reklamo and FMD also gave us a rocking night as the "rats" had a "rockeoke" set which we really had a delight
There were also free cans of beer courtesy of station. 99.5 RT's Migz with a Z was also there at the event
The show almost ended at 1am which was I had a lot more energy that time to party which I felt a little "bitin" feeling. Because it was an 80s night, I just enjoyed all of the famous 80s songs brought by the DJ of the bar. One of those songs played was The Cure's Friday I'm In Love
Tado was the last "rat" who left in the venue. I'm online in Twitter that time and I even saw the real-time of Angel as she tweeted that she enjoyed the night and she's on her way home
Me and some brewsters were the last one who left the area at already past 3am.
Overall, I'm happy and contented to the one most significant Brewrats-related events that I attended.
