Two semifinals matches happened in MSC 2025 earlier and it went to PH vs MY round 2 if you look back from it's previous year
In Match 2, Team Liquid PH got a commanding 2-0 series lead in their BO5 versus Onic ID including that hard-earned crystal push in the 20+ minute led by Oheb's Granger
In a surprise pick, Onic ID chose to have Barats in the jungle and Estes on roam which gave their first win in the series. When we asked about it on the post match media interview, Coach Yeb said that Estes got buffed for this patch while for Barats to match TLPH's Fredrinn.
TLPH finally sealed the deal in Game 4 led by Sanji's 11/1/4 KDA using Zhuxin
In match 1, SRG OG and Onic Philippines got wins by alternates from Game 1 to 5 but the defending MSC champs cannot be stopped by the current M-series titleholders
In Game 5, SRG midlaner Stormie did the most damage using Pharsa as Onic goldlaner did his best to defend their crystal that even went to the point that it was 1 v 5 with his Granger.
Both Onic teams will meet in the battle for third at 3 pm while it will be SRG OG vs TLPH in BO7 grand finals at 7 pm Manila time
