Day 1 of Philippines Kings League Playoffs happened yesterday in One Ayala Concourse was a day of on those who are on top on the standings after the regular season.
Three PH slots are allotted for Honor of Kings World Cip 2025 (KWC) which will happen this July in EWC 2025
In the first match, Boom Esports got the first PH slot over Rough World Era Kadiliman 3-1. RWKD got the first game win but the no. 2 seed team has other plans to fiish the series which got delayed by various technical difficulties and ended at around 9 pm.
Boom.Karlll got the Game 4 MVP with 1/0/4 KDA using Menki.
In the second match, the no. 1 team Blacklist International swept ACT Esports 3-0 to get the 2nd PH slot. BLCK.Chammy1 got the Game 3 MVP honors with 6/1/2 KDA using Charlotte
That match, finally there were no more interruptions.
BLCK and BOOM will meet in BO5 Upper Bracket Finals later at 3 pm while RWKD and ACT will meet on the second match at 6 pm
