The first season of Athena League, the dedicated PH-based MLBB league for female players just ended and crowned it's first champion.
Acquired from Omega Empress, the familiar roster of NaVi PH were the champions of the said league as they won 4-1 over the newly built Team Liquid PH which composed mostly from Super Monching FE from last year's Silab league
The two teams previously faced at the upper bracket finals which NVPH won and TLPH had to do a sweep over Blacklist International in the lower bracket finals.
Last year's MWI Finals MVP and NVPH gold laner Shinoa got the overall MVP of the league
As for the recent announcement, both of them as grand finalists will fly to Riyadh to represent the Philippines in MWI 2025 as part of Esports World Cup this July.
