The three of them already had their formal filling at COMELEC office in Batangas Provincial Capitol before they faced us and the rest of invited media in a mediacon together with SenCongSec Ralph Recto and the whole Bagong Batangas team composed of five other congressmen/women and board member bets for 2025 election
As continuing the Recto brand of service, their campaign agenda simply based on the acronym H.E.A.R.T.S., which means Health, Education, Agriculture, Roads and Infrastructure, Tourism and Security.
When Gov. Vi asked on why she tapped Luis as her ideal partner in the provincial capitol, she mentioned that his know-how in terms of technology will be helpful in the province in the current age of social media as she recently learned vlogging during the pandemic era as well as injecting youth in the office.
New leadership is what Luis and Ryan will deliver as they bring fresh perspective to the table, in tune to their broader vision of "Maunlad na Batangas sa Bagong Pilipinas"
