Week 5 Day 2 action in MPL Philippines Season 14 and 2 out of 3 matches were decided up to Game 3
Focus first on the star match in Match 3 which is round 2 between Smart Omega and Aurora. Ch4knu gave a shocker to the Auroras in Game 1 with his Belerick pick in Game 1 (a first since S9 by BLCK Eson) which converted by a win. RORA had a fightback in Game 2 but stumbled down in Game 3 as Demonkite can't deliver good numbers with his Bane pick. Edward also had his own mix of Gatotkca pick.
OMG got their payback win to improve to 6-3 in the standings going to Week 6 and currently third in the tournament.
In other games, TNC had another painful loss to Falcons AP Bren in Match 3 which stretched in three games including a Game 1 loss only to FCAP's minions. Fnataic Onic PH stretched their winning streak to 9 (9-0 currently in standings) as they solidified their playoffs berth against Blacklist International in 2 games.
