The win series streak continues for Selangor Red Giants (SRG) even after the MSC 2024 Grand Finals as they won over Falcons AP Bren earlier
The series stretched out until Game 7. The first four game were in see-saw which FCAP won Game 1 then SRG and so on. The Malaysian-based squad got the pivotal Game 5 win but FCAP was able to tie the series once more in Game 6.
Sekyss won the Finals MVP. SRG will take home the grand prize of USD 1 million while FCAP will bring home USD 500,000. Overall, it is the first championship trophy for eiher Malaysia or a Malaysia-based org in an international MLBB tournament.
Quite interesting as these two teams might meet again in a few weeks as ESL Snapdragon Challenge Finals will happen this August 2 to 4 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as well as M6 now with it's venue revealed a few hours ago at Axiata Arena
