In the first game, Minana scored a 2-1 series win to close their regular season run against Smart Omega who is already out of playoffs contention with Koyl played his first MPL PH S13 game for the Hukbo. Their Game 3 almost hit the 30-minute mark as MNNE was already celebrating in the final minutes. On the other side, Smart Omega will try their luck in the ongoing ESL MLBB tournament and they guaranteed that crowd favorite Ch4knu will be joining until if they will hit the Grand Finale.
In the second game, AP Bren and Echo also gave a series match until Game 3 but the Bees got the top 1 slot again just like in Season 12. When we asked Coach Ducky, he liked their recently concluded season run compared to Season 12 mainly coz there was a time that the team "went down" last year. Meanwhile, for sure Coach Tictac got his wish from last night that his Team Echo will be in Top 2 to 3 slots.
In the third straight "until Game 3" series, Blacklist International got the fifth spot in the playoffs by their reverse sweep win over RSG Philippines. Even with the loss, the raiders snatched the important third spot in the upper bracket as Onic PH falled in fourth place to join in the play-ins road which will happen in Day 1 of MPL PH S13 Playoffs this May 22 with BLCK and Minana.
