A few days after we joined their stop with Batangas State University - Alangilan as the host, Moonton Games went even further for a rare esports and gaming event in the South as MLBB All Star caravan went to SOMO (also known as Vistamall Daang Hari) in Baccor City.
It was a 2-day event but we chose to be on Day 2 as we are anticipated the 5v5 finals of two of the best barangay/community based teams within the city. The hosts and casters that day were all from MDL Philippines composed of Butters, Antianara, Ingan and Odin.
From what we saw, the space was jampacked with MLBB gamers and fans. Online streamer Fuego Gaming was also there to be part of one of the event's games. We saw a lot of young kids as even a 12-year old won with his buddy in acting contest or charade game as they had to guess and act an ability of an MLBB hero.
The final 5v5 battle was held in a BO3 action between Bathala E Pro and Rosario but the later won in a 2-0 series win to grab the Php 15,000 prize money.
