The whole Week 4 matches of MPL Philippines Season 13 were at 2-0 series as it concluded yesterday.
First off, the highly anticipated rematch between Echo and retooled Onic Philippines which is now on 7 game winning streak. The Luo Yi pick in Game 1 was one of the keys to the sonics' 7-1 record which is now first in the team standings. In post match media interview, Kelra said that they are aiming for MPL's longest winning streak. Echo chose to put in their usual main 5 of BennyQT, SanSan duo, Jaypee and Karltzy.
Meanwhile, Minana Evos improved to 4-4 against TNC which is still on a losing slump at 1-7. The feud between MNNE Spidermilez and TNC Super Yoshi continues as Milez did not respond on Yoshi's fist bump and even told to us in the media room " TNC, sureball na laglag na yun (playoffs)."
In the second game, AP Bren was back on the winning track from their loss to Onic against Blacklist International which the team is struggling to break the code in their past few games as they laid in Kimpoy once again as sub to Hadji. In Coach Ducky's observance, he said "parang nagkakawalaan na sila ng confidence at each other".
