True to their tagline this Season 12 up to its last day of regular season yesterday, we just found out the top 6 that will go out for the playoffs of MPL Philippines
ECHO easily got the no. 1 spot as early as last Saturday. AP Bren got the no. 2 spot easily thanks to that 2-1 win of TNC who became the spoiler of RSG PH's run for the upper bracket as they slipped to no. 4. The agents of Blacklist International will be at number 3 and to complete the cast - no. 5 for Smart Omega and no. 6 for ONIC PH
For those who are quite confused on the playoff bracket, ECHO and Blacklist will have the power of choice on how the playoffs will run. ECHO will dedcide the placement of 3rd and 4th placed teams. They will be on either Match 1 or Match 2. Blacklist will decide the placement of no.5 and no.6 teams. They will be places on either Match 1 or Match 2. ECHO and AP Bren will be playing in their own series starting at day 2 (Oct. 26)
MPL Philippines S12 Playoffs and Finals is set this October 25 to 29 2023 in EVM Convention Center in Quezon City. As of writing, tickets for Mythic Super Pass (covers all five days) and Legend Gold Pass which covers Match 1 and 2 each from Oct. 25 to 27 are still available thru slashevent.com
