Leading online food and grocer platform foodpanda rolled out pandaPatrol: Hub on Wheels. Their on-the-move solution in a bus which will visit several provinces and cities around the countr to help connect with their partner riders.

From the set-up, partner riders now have another option (aside from the app) to ask various inquiries on their account and now thru the said initiative, there is now human interaction as pandaPatrol is connected to foodpanda's main office
From a statement of foodpanda Philipines operations director Patricia Jacinto "We wanted to bring the experience closer to our Ka-pandas by visiting them in their local provinces and cities. Right then and there, we can hear them out and provide the appropriate solution to their queries – whether they are having technical issues with their accounts, need assistance on their delivery sessions, or simply want to provide feedback for process improvement."
With the pandaPatrol: Hubs on Wheels on the road to spread cheer and support, foodpanda continues to make a difference in the lives of its Ka-pandas. “Whether it’s for support and assistance on their livelihood or fun and engaging activities, we are here to make their lives better,” Jacinto said.
We had a sneak peek inside the bus and it was great that the inquiries from riders were answered properly. There are some bonuses too as they can exchange their points into awesome freebies. They also partnered with Pag-ibig fund and Philippine Statistics Authortity (PSA) to help the riders on their social security programs and benefits. There's more as during the campaign period, they will earn twice the amount of tips and 100% of it will be credited to their accounts
“Creating a positive and engaging environment for our hardworking Ka-pandas is always a top priority because we believe that it's not just about delivering food but also about providing happiness and support for them,” she added.
Batangueno foodpanda partner riders will still be served as foodpanda pandaPatrol will continue to serve this August 25 to 26 2023 at Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba in Batangas City from 8 am to 5 pm
