Earlier, Mediatek unveiled their newest processor in Mediatek Dimensity 8050 which looks familiar to the likes of Dimensity 1300 and 1200
Dimensity 8050 has 5G modem, made on TSMC's 6 nm process, 8 cores composed of 4 Cortex-A78 and 4 Cortex-A55 cores divided between one 3 Ghz Super Core and three performance cores in 2.6 GHz.
It supports LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, 4K video capture and 1080 x 2520 display up to 168 Hz. It can carry up to 200 MP cameras.
