After the X6, we jumped a little higher as part of the three devices that Honor Philippines allowed us to borrow. Here's our verdict on Honor X7.

Sane with what we saw on Honor X6 is their Magic UI based on Android 12 so we do not need to share that much screenshots. The difference is we got a faster Snapdragon 680 processor with 6 GB RAM. At least we got able to load Shopee app a bit faster.
With a better SoC, same goes with the connectivity. We got dual-band WiFi, calls and texts, mobile data, Bluetooth and GPS were on target.
On Antutu, not that much difference on the standard and performance modes as it scored over 247,000 and 249,000 respectively. The phone has 7 out of 9 working sensors.
On battery with it's 5,000 mAh capacity, it survived on online video battery rundown test at 27 hours and 10 minutes. It was an easy 2-day phone for us in heavy usage with it's efficient processor. With it's 22.5 watt charger, we got it from 0 to 100% in a bit over 2 hours.
Honor X7 has 48 MP primary shooter but on default mode, it is on 12 MP mode. We checked that there's not much difference in terms of 12 and 48 MP shots that we did so we sticked to the standard one. We were more impressed if to compare with standard and ultra wide shots even with our shots in a gloomy weather. Image processing time was decent enough for this under 10k smartphone.

On extras, no problems based what we seen.
Battery, camera, UI, connectivity and charging were the strengths of Honor X7 for us. Something to check is the asking price of Php 9,990 but with HD+ display which there are some alternatives with the same SRP (or a bit lower) but with FHD+ display.
Honor X7 for us 4 out of 5. Honor X7 is still available in their official offline and online sales channels.
