HUAWEI Music Partners with Believe, More Ways To Enjoy Music

Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) announced its collaboration with Believe, one of the world’s leading digital music distribution companies, to offer HUAWEI Music users an array of premium music content for an immersive audio experience in the Philippines.

This partnership with Believe will allow Huawei users to gain access to chartbusters from STAR Music, Viva Records, Universal Records, and Polyeast Records. Users can also enjoy many curated local playlists such as Tatak Pinoy, Pinoy Pop Music, Mabuhay!, Ang Musika Ay Buhay!, Certified List and Moonlight Dancing.

“We hope our partnership with Believe will create an on-ramp for talented artists to come onto the service with strong support from HUAWEI Music, growing a new group of audience pool for them. Our consumers will also get to explore more streams of music from top notch musicians and singers — all within the touch of their fingertips.” Rei Xiao, Director of Mobile Ecosystem Business Growth, Huawei Asia Pacific Region said

With its initial debut as an app service that is pre-installed in any Huawei device, HUAWEI Music has gradually moved into a fast-growing premium VIP service to offer on-demand premium music service with a vast catalogue of music, personalised radio stations and curated playlists for every mood and occasion.

Echoing the Huawei’s “All-scenario AI Living” strategy, the HUAWEI Music app also supports cross device streaming that work with any Huawei Smartphone, FreeBuds, SmartTV and even the latest Huawei smartwatches, namely HUAWEI WATCH 3 and HUAWEI WATCH GT3, which allows HUAWEI Music users a chance to access a wide variety of music functions to enjoy a seamless music experience.

Equipped with an AI matching system, HUAWEI Music is also able to identify multiple songs playing in other apps and generate playlists automatically — perfect for users who prefer something new every day. HUAWEI Music also offers different audio modes for the best listening experience for users — whether they would wish to highlight the bass, simulate the acoustics of a concert hall, or to adapt the music for in-car enjoyment. The “Huawei Histen Sound Effects” also comes with a 3D Audio mode, which adds a layer of depth to reproduce a more immersive soundscape for users.

Users can stream the content on HUAWEI Music for free, or, at only PHP129.00 per month for a VIP subscription to enjoy all premium content on HUAWEI Music. From now until September, users can enjoy the premium subscription for free in the first three months, allowing users first-hand experience at all offerings from HUAWEI Music.
