Late but we got the revolutionary thing as we unpacked and dropping the verdict or review of official commercial unit of Poco X3 GT in the Philippines.
You can check our unboxing and first look of Philippines' official commercial unit of Poco X3 GT thru this video below by clicking the play button
We had the device on MIUI 12.5 for Poco based on Android 11 in 8 GB RAM/256 GB ROM configuration.
It was our first time to encounter Mediatek Dimensity 1100 processor which is comparable to the likes of Snapdragon 870 and we can that from pushing it's 120 Hz refresh rate display down to our massive transition of apps, we felt it's power that we even used this one for video editing and rendering for some videos in our Youtube channel and we got quick results.
As expected, there were a number of bloatware apps that you will see but happy that you can uninstall it.
We had no issues in connectivity from calls, texts, mobile data and 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
Dimensity 1100 showed it's prowess in Antutu with over 596,000 in 60 Hz refresh rate mode and over 591,000
With 5,000 mAh battery, Poco X3 GT managed to went in 30 hours in 15 minutes in our video battery rundown test. Charging it with it's 65 watt plug will bring in this phone from zero to 100% in less than 40 minutes
On extras, unfortunately that we encountered this once again in a Xiaomi device (Redmi) as we experienced low default volume on both USB-C port and Bluetooth that we had no choice but to download an app for volume booster
On camera, Poco X3 GT can be more than some of the high midrange cameras that we handled recently. From default to 64 MP primary sensor, X3 GT worked more than on the average side in terms of color accuracy. As expected, it will struggle a bit on night shots but night mode will help a bit. Ultra wide shots were a-ok too from our liking, As we took a shot in night, the 16 MP selfie cam was presentable to us. Video shooting works at best until Full HD 60 fps as we noticed that 4K struggled a bit but still usable

Poco X3 GT prices in the Philippines are at Php 15990 (8/128) and Php 17990 (8/256) which we used for this review. Design, performance, UI, display (how I wish they brought in OLED) battery and it's very fast charging as well as more than average cameras were the strengths of Poco X3 GT.. How I wish that Poco X3 GT will fix it's default low volume issue which we hope we not gonna experience again in any of future phones that are related to Xiaomi. For us, Poco X3 GT for us is 4.25 out of 5. Poco X3 GT is still available thru Shopee Philippines.
