ABS-CBN Entertainment has launched the podcasts of its digital shows Hotspot, Kapamilya Chat, Push Bets, Push Most Wanted, and Push Extra Scoop with Podcast Network Asia.
Podcast Network Asia, the biggest podcast network in Southeast Asia, and ABS-CBN Entertainment are co-producing the 5 Kapamilya podcasts.
ABS-CBN Entertainment continues its foray into the podcast world to reach listeners who are interested in celebrity programs. This is part of the network’s efforts in expanding its services to cater to the content needs of all customer segments in the Filipino digital market.
“We know that many Pinoys love showbiz personalities and the occasional gossip, and seeing the rise of podcasts in the Philippines, we thought of reaching that audience who may be engaged with our celebrity programs. Hopefully, these talk shows which feature both up-and-coming, as well as popular artists, entertain and resonate well with the listeners," said Domileo Espejo, Deputy Head of Digital Entertainment of ABS-CBN Corporation.
Podcast Network Asia is home to more than 200 podcasts. The network covers different interests like entertainment, lifestyle, society, and more.
Speaking on behalf of Podcast Network Asia, Chief of Content and Operating Officer Atty. Josef Acuña expressed gratitude and excitement about this partnership.
