1. Based on the website, LG tested the Puricare Filter good for 30 days on 8 hour usage, so the battery is only good for 8 hours per charge?
- YES
2. Minutes or hours to fully charge the product?
- Approx.2 hours (Max)
3. Prices for PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Case as well as other accessories like PuriCare Filers, Face Guard, Inner Cover and Ear Strap/Ear Extender.
(We got the answers thru online store thru these links 1 2 . As of writing, both the LG PuriCare Inner Cover at Php 699 and Face Guard at Php 619, size Largr are not available in their given online store links. )
4. Only one size for Face Guard? If not, how many sizes and it has the same SRP?
- M / L* Size *Default size
5. Does the PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier Case also acts as a charging case?
- NO, charging is only compatible with the 1st gen mask only because charging port is in a different location, but other features will work for the 2nd gen. New case for 2nd gen will be available by Oct.
6. Power usage (amperes and voltage) of LG PuriCare with Voice On?
- Built-in Li on Rechargeable(1000mAh) / USB C Type
(Unfortunately, we did not get the proper answer as we are asking the amperes and voltage of the said device as it was also not given at LG Philippines dedicated website of the product)
7. Warranty period?
- One (1) year warranty on parts and labor
8. Is the product can be used on a longer period of time like 16 hours or beyond 8 hours?
- Max battery life is 8H, but Mask can still be used even if the fan is off (battery is dead).
9. Same LG service center for the possible battery replacement of the device as well for mic and speaker?
- YES
10. Is it possible without the need of a service center to clean the dual fans?
- Fans don't need to be cleaned. Regular filter and inner cover replacement should be fine.
