The online media launch appeared by top executives from Smart and Paymaya led by PLDT CRO and Smart President/CEO Al Panlilio, Paymaya CEO and Founder Orlando Vea, Paymaya President Shailesh Baidwan and Smart SVP and Consumer Wireless Business Head Jane Basas
Smart GigaPay allows Smart Prepaid, Smart Postpaid, Smart Bro, Prepaid Home WiFi and TNT subscribers to link their Paymaya account to Gigalife app which will be their payment channel for in-app transactions. A few samples are to buy load and buying data promos.
In a statement from Smart SVP and Consumer Wireless Business Head Jane Basas "When we launched the GigaLife App last September, our vision has always been to build a one-stop app that puts all the digital needs of our customers within easy reach. GigaPay with PayMaya is a huge step towards that direction as it makes transactions on the GigaLife App simple and hassle-free."
You need to update the GigaLife app to it's latest version to enable GigaPay feature which means the number that you registered to GigaLife app must also be registered to Paymaya
