Philips Gaming Monitors' First Vanguard Cup Champions Crowned

 Philips Gaming Monitors crowns the first Vanguard Cup Champions. This is the first major tournament that Philips Gaming Monitors supported in the Philippines. After an exciting 8 weeks of relentless high quality Valorant competition, the cream rises to the top. Bren Esports still remains the king of the hill.

The tournament was open to all Valorant teams in the country. The campaign kicked off last March 3, 2021. There were a lot of teams who joined the tournament from seasoned competitive teams like DR Esports which bagged the 3rd place to up and coming teams like Sun Sparks which bagged the 2nd place. The tournament has reached more than 280,000 thousand people and has more that 300,000 minutes of combined views over the span of the campaign.

The action was fast and heavy, the more seasoned and organized team showing their class and dominating the lesser know teams. Teams like Runite Esports, Xtreme Elite Esports and Fulcrum Esports Catalysts showing what they are made of and advancing to the group stages.

The total tournament prize pool is Php 150,000.00 in cash and gaming gear. The Champions gets Php 30,000 in cash and a 5 Philips Gaming Monitors as well as a 5 Rapoo gaming headsets.

It was not only the participants who enjoyed the tournament. Philips Gaming Monitors, TForce and Rapoo also gave away amazing raffle prizes to the viewers by simply watching and commenting on the live stream of the tournaments. 

The Philips Gaming Monitors Vanguard Cup 2021 is a boon to the local Valorant esports community. It gives up and coming teams a platform where they can showcase their talents to potential sponsors and bigger organization. The tournament also gives the more established teams an opportunity to show their skill to their fans who have supported them.
