PLDT, PCTA Empower Philippine e-Tech Show 2021

PLDT, through its International and Carrier Business unit, is supporting the Philippine e-Tech Show 2021 organized by the Philippine Cable and Telecommunications Association, Inc (PCTA).

This event further expands the partnership between PLDT and PCTA, as they continue to strengthen industry collaboration and help companies accelerate their digital initiatives.

Around 2,000 telco, tech, and media companies are expected to attend PCTA’s online showcase happening today until April 16, 2021. Participants can attend keynote presentations, visit virtual booths, network with industry players, and build partnerships through the fellowship night.

Experts from various fields will be sharing their products and insights about the fast-changing digital landscape in the country. Lovella Manalastas, Head of Carrier Voice and Domestic Data at PLDT Global Corporation (PGC) and Mike Nolasco, Corporate Relationship Business Head at PLDT Enterprise will also be speaking on April 15 at 2:00PM about how Philippine enterprises can redefine the digital economy through connectivity and network solutions. PGC is the international arm of PLDT, the country’s largest integrated telco.

“The pandemic has provided businesses with a significant opportunity to rethink the way we operate and how we serve our customers. That’s why we are very excited to support PCTA’s e-Tech show as it allows us to showcase our innovative products and services to help Philippine businesses cope with the demands of a hyperconnected world," said Katrina Luna-Abelarde, PGC President and CEO, and PLDT-Smart International and Carrier Business Group Head.

"This is the clear next step for telco and cable operators, to move as much of the business online. We are hopeful that as we move forward together, we could help our customers and communities in their digital transformation," shared by Jose Luis E. Dabao, President of PCTA.
