After Malaysia and Singapore, Philippines was the next stop of the rising online property portal Ohmyhome.
In their online media meeting that held a few days, we checked out with their officials led by their CEO Rhonda Wong and Chief Product Officer Race Wong.
Although that there is a dedicated PH website, they are encouraging Filipinos to download Ohmyhome app for free via Google Play and App Store to see a vast search of properties that you can see there in full detail. Good to know that putting a listing is free while in some of the search results or with a help of an agent, they are only getting a very minimal fee.
As of this time, you can search properties mostly in Metro Manila and some parts of Cavite but they are clearing it out that anyone in the country can advertise their property/properties on the app. So far, the navigtion was very good on our part.
When we asked the ladies on why they chose the Philippines for Ohmyhome, the main factors are the population, the English language and the social media factor which has 73% out of the country's total population and top GDP growth in SEA for the last 8 years.
