One of the known locally-based online travel booking portals, Travelbook.ph decided to close their services soon.
We received this email as early as the first few days of July and quoted:
After serving you for the past several years, today we regret to announce that Travelbook.ph will be closing the business. The last day of operations for the Travelbook.ph website and application will be on July 15th, 2020.
We are most grateful to have served you in exploring new and exciting destinations and experiences over the years and we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your support.
We encourage you to redeem all remaining reward points before July 15th. Remaining reward points can be exchanged easier now with more options available under “Travel Treats” on Travelbook.ph’s website/application
For those of you with bookings that have been paid for and confirmed for travel before July 15th, rest assured that your bookings can be used as normal following government regulations and suppliers’ policy. However, any bookings for travel on or after July 15th will be expected to be cancelled and refunded.
They advise those who will have inquiries to contact them via landline at (02) 5304-5555 or reach them thru their Facebook page via private message from 8 am to 5 pm during working days
